Cumulative October outflows from Bitcoin ETFs approached $407 million, according to the research. Ethereum ETFs saw approximately $579 million in withdrawals by early October.

September Surge to October Chill

Late September was a strong stretch for crypto funds, with more than $3.3 billion flowing into Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and XRP ETFs. Bitcoin products alone pulled in $2.4 billion in a single week during that period.

As of mid-2026, total crypto ETF assets under management stood at approximately $117 billion. That pool was spread across 32 active products from 11 different issuers.
