What Scimplify actually does

Think of Scimplify as a booking platform for chemical plants. It does not own most of the factories. It rents their spare capacity, coordinates the work, and sells the output to global buyers.

The numbers behind the raise

Before this round, Scimplify had raised approximately $53-54 million in total across multiple rounds. That included a $9.4 million Series A. A $40 million Series B followed in March 2025, at a post-money valuation of roughly $150 million.

The customer list

The customer list spans pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, personal care, semiconductors, batteries, defense and AI infrastructure.

Why chemicals are suddenly a tech story

Scimplify has developed capabilities for producing chemicals used in sub-10nm semiconductor manufacturing. Its footprint already reaches more than 35 countries. It has offices in the US, Japan, the UAE and Indonesia, and has been expanding into the US, Japan and Europe.

The company was founded by Sachin Santhosh, Salil Srivastava and Dheeraj Dhingra.
